Arts
in the Community, Public
Art, and ArtWorks Academy programming, the Tucson Pima Arts Council
encourages neighborhood, youth and community involvement
in the arts; provides employment opportunities for
artists, and crucial support for arts organizations;
enhances education and promotes heritage-based artistic
traditions; and, through increased awareness of
the importance of the arts and culture to our quality
of life, makes Tucson and Pima County a better place
to visit and live.
