TPAC Call to Artist

The Pima County Department of Transportation is seeking an artist or artist team to participate in an 18-monthtransportation corridor study. The study area is Cortaro Farms/Magee Road from Thornydale Road to La Cañada Drive.  The selected artist will serve as a planner for public art along the entire corridor.  The artist will work collaboratively with DMJM Harris, the lead transportation engineering consultant and an interdisciplinary team. ArtCulture Partnership Apartments for Artists
The City of Tucson and the South Park Neighborhood have developed an opportunity for artists to live, work and contribute to the cultural vibrancy of the South Park area. The renovated facility includes two buildings and an outdoor courtyard for classes, workshops, lectures and exhibits, as well as the two renovated apartment units.We do not currently have a vacancy, however we accept apartment rental applications from working artists to keep on file for up to one year. The Metropolitan Housing Corporation (MHC) is the facility manager of the complex. For more information see:
